A Soft Skills Trainer helps individuals or teams improve essential interpersonal skills such as communication, leadership, time management, teamwork, and emotional intelligence. The trainer designs and delivers engaging workshops or sessions, evaluates progress, and ensures training aligns with personal or business goals.

Job Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver training modules on communication, teamwork, time management, emotional intelligence, leadership, adaptability, conflict resolution, and related topics
- Conduct training needs analysis to tailor content to different audiences.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions, both in-person and virtually.
- Use interactive and experiential learning techniques to enhance engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Update and refine training materials regularly to ensure relevance and impact.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to align training goals with business objectives.
- Provide post-training support, including mentoring and follow-up sessions.

Educational Requirement
- Education: Any Degree
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong facilitation and public speaking abilities.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
Interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
Proficient in using presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Prezi) and virtual platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet).
